This product functions as a flexible cable protection tube and are applied worldwide across various industries, including systems such as spiral wrap, spiral tape, and cable management hose solutions. TimaFlex supplies spiral binding for cables in small batches as well as large volumes. Material type, diameter, wall thickness, and length of each cable management hose are adjusted to meet specific application and production requirements.

Spiral Binding for Cables in Any Material
Spiral hoses are ideal for binding and protecting cables. These cable protection tubes are commonly manufactured from polyethylene (PE). When cable management hoses are required for applications involving higher temperatures, polypropylene (PP) or polyamide (PA) can be selected as alternative materials. In addition, spiral bindings for cables can be produced with flame-retardant or flame-extinguishing properties, depending on application requirements.
Temperature resistance of our raw materials
- PE: -18 to +70 degrees Celsius
- PP: -18 to +105 degrees Celsius
- PA: -35 to +200 degrees Celsius
Customization
As a custom plastic tube manufacturer, we can supply spiral binding for cables and cable management hose solutions in any required size, type, color, or quantity. These tubes function as a flexible cable protection tube for organizing and safeguarding cables in different industrial settings. Standard colors for cable management hoses are black and transparent. For an additional fee, we can supply cable protection tubes in other standard RAL colors of your choice.

Prior to shipment, each batch of cable protection tube products is labeled with a batch number, ensuring full traceability of origin and production data.
