Materials and Equipment for Our Custom-Made Plastic Tubes
As a custom plastic tube manufacturer, we single-handedly design and develop our own extrusion equipment, cooling reservoirs, and auxiliary tooling. This enables us to make profiles from a wide range of plastics, including

- Bio-based and compostable plastics
- Polyethylene (LDPE, MDPE, HDPE)

Profiles can be produced in any required color and finished by clipping or sawing, with length tolerances of less than 0.3 mm.

Geometry
Send us your blueprint or concept sketch. Together, we will work out the exact dimensions of your profile and create a definitive blueprint.
Choosing materials
Once the geometry of the profile is on paper, we choose which material to extrude. The choice of material depends on several factors:
- Hardness and elasticity
- UV- and weather-resistance
- Flame-retardant or flame-extinguishing properties
- Color
- Antibacterial properties
- Antistatic properties
- Chemical resistance
- Degree of food contact
- Impact resistance
- Temperature resistance

Quantity
Profiles are extruded in meters of length at a time. The one-off start-up of the production process costs energy, time, and materials. That means the more meters you order, the more efficient the process is. This is why it is important to set the desired quantity in advance.

Tailor-made quote
After completing the design and tooling phases, we can prepare a tailor-made quote for you. Within a few days, you will receive a breakdown of the costs for your approval. Once the quote is approved, production can be scheduled and the extrusion process can be initiated according to the agreed specifications and quantities.

From the first sketch to the final product, we support the entire trajectory with an efficient and controlled supply chain, resulting in application-specific extruded solutions such as spiral tubes and other custom-made plastic profiles. Because we develop our own extrusion equipment and cooling systems in-house, production planning remains flexible. This supports short lead times and reliable delivery, even for custom-made plastic profiles.
Packaging and Traceability
Custom plastic tubes are supplied in packaging formats that integrate smoothly into your production process. Depending on logistical and handling requirements, both compact and bulk packaging options are available. Each shipment is labeled with a batch number to ensure full traceability of material origin and production data.
