Resin infusion spirals and tubes are used in vacuum infusion processes to guide, distribute, and control resin flow during composite manufacturing. These components are applied in industries where consistent impregnation and stable vacuum conditions are required, such as marine construction, wind energy, aerospace, and industrial composites. TimaFlex supplies resin infusion spirals that are aligned with your specific process requirements, including resin type, part geometry, and vacuum conditions.

Customization for Resin Infusion Applications

Resin infusion spirals and resin infusion tubes each serve a distinct function within a vacuum infusion setup and can be customized accordingly. Resin infusion spirals are primarily used to distribute resin evenly across the laminate surface, supporting controlled flow along the resin feed path. Resin infusion tubes, by contrast, are used as feed or vacuum lines to transport resin or maintain vacuum pressure within the system. Both components can be produced from materials such as polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), selected based on resin compatibility, flexibility, and process temperature. As a plastic extrusion manufacturer, we are able to adjust diameters, wall thickness, and lengths to match resin viscosity, mold geometry, and vacuum conditions, ensuring stable performance throughout the infusion process.

Production and Service Support

Resin infusion spirals and tubes are produced using the same plastic extrusion processes applied to spiral tubes and other technical extruded products. Dedicated extrusion capacity and in-house tooling enable efficient production planning and consistent quality. This setup supports short lead times and allows specifications to be adjusted when required. Packaging formats are aligned with handling and on-site use. Each production batch is labeled to ensure traceability of material origin and manufacturing data.
