The packaging industry uses handle strips for applications such as paint cans and detergent cartons. Production Of Handle Strips
As a plastic extrusion manufacturer, we produce millions of meters of handle strips each year. Two of the extrusion lines are exclusively dedicated to the production of handle strips, the semi-manufactured product that forms the basis for packaging handles. The raw material used for these strips is polypropylene (PP), selected for its mechanical properties and suitability for processing on a handle applicator machine. We supply the strip in all standard RAL colors. The extrusion tooling used for these handle strips is unique and fully managed in-house, allowing stable production and reliable delivery.

Supply and Labeling
Using advanced winding equipment, the handle strips are wound onto wooden reels at the production facility. These reels are supplied to the packaging industry, where the semi-manufactured handle strips are processed into finished handles for paint cans and similar packaging using specialized handle applicator machines. Prior to shipment, each reel is labeled with a batch number, ensuring traceability of the handle strips throughout the production and supply chain.
