Material Options for Spiral Tubes
Spiral tubes and hoses are manufactured from thermoplastic materials selected according to the required balance between flexibility, strength, and environmental resistance. Polyethylene (PE) is commonly used when flexibility and impact resistance are important, making it suitable for general protection and routing applications. Polypropylene (PP) is selected for applications that require increased stiffness and higher temperature resistance. Material choice is aligned with factors such as operating temperature, mechanical load, and potential chemical exposure to ensure reliable performance during use.

We produce spiral tubes and hoses using controlled extrusion processes with in-house tooling and dedicated production capacity. We apply the same extrusion expertise to other application-specific products, including handle strips produced for industrial packaging systems. Packaging formats are aligned with handling and installation needs, ranging from compact coils to bulk packaging. Each production batch is labeled with a batch number to ensure traceability of material origin and manufacturing data, while the production structure supports reliable delivery times.
