Injection tubes are used in composite industry where resin must be injected in a controlled manner. They are typically used in the production of windmill blades, yacht building, facade panels, and bridge construction industries. TimaFlex produces injection tubes as extruded semi-finished products with stable material properties and consistent dimensions. We align material choice and tube configuration with the intended application. This allows injection tubes to be adapted to various installation methods and operating conditions.

Material Options and Temperature Resistance
Injection tubes are commonly manufactured from polyethylene (PE), which provides flexibility and reliable processing characteristics. When applications involve increased temperatures or higher mechanical loads, alternative materials such as polypropylene (PP) or polyamide (PA) can be selected. The use of different thermoplastics allows injection tubes to maintain functional performance under varying thermal conditions.

- PE: -18 to +70 degrees Celsius
- PP: -18 to +105 degrees Celsius
- PA: -35 to +200 degrees Celsius
Production and Customization
As a custom plastic tube manufacturer, we produce injection tubes in a wide range of diameters, wall thicknesses, and lengths. Dedicated extrusion lines are used to ensure controlled production conditions and repeatable quality. Because tooling and equipment are developed and maintained in-house, production parameters can be adjusted efficiently to meet project-specific requirements. Packaging and Delivery
Injection tubes form an established part of our product range, alongside spiral tubes. Several extrusion lines are structurally allocated to the production of these tubes, enabling reliable production planning and short lead times. This production capacity allows efficient supply, even when specific dimensions or material combinations are required. Injection tubes are supplied in packaging formats that support efficient handling, transport, and on-site installation. Depending on logistical and operational requirements, both compact packaging and bulk solutions are available. Each batch of injection tubes is labeled with a batch number, allowing full traceability of material origin and production data throughout the supply chain.
